Purple, a splendid mix of the warm and the cold,

the colour of grandeur and mystery,

& Peepal, a symbol of longetivity and strength,
enlightenment and peace.

In the end, what‘s in a name, it is the content that matters most! Isn’t it?

Colloquially, we also refer to ourselves as PP.

Meet the founder and principal architect…

Ankita Thaker

Ankita Thaker has been living in Zurich since 2010. Her love for design and architecture brought her to the Swiss federal Institute of Technology, ETH to pursue further studies.

She founded Purple Peepal, an Indo-Swiss inter-disciplinary architectural practice based in Zurich, integrating interior and exterior spaces, from large architectural undertakings to the finer furniture details.
